Reflexologist in Poole

About Me

My career began in accountancy, then teaching. It was practical, logical work that I enjoyed but there was always this pull towards wellbeing, towards understanding how we can support people to feel better in their bodies and minds.

That interest led me to train in reflexology at the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine and once I started working 1:1 with clients, I knew I'd found my place.

My experience includes working in a clinical setting at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, where I saw first hand how powerful complementary therapies can be alongside conventional treatment.

Rebecca, qualified reflexologist and member of the Association of Reflexologists

I've served on the Advisory Board of a disability charity, and as a Trustee at another. That work taught me about resilience, about meeting people where they are, and about the importance of dignity in care.

Women's health, particularly menopause and hormonal transitions, became an area I have developed a passion for. Too many women struggle without proper holistic support or bespoke care. This led me to collaborate with the talented Dr Clair Crockett and the team at Newson Health on an academic article addressing menopause and mental health. Our work was published in Advances in Therapy on November 21st 2025. Being part of that project was a huge privilege and it continues to shape how I support women through these transitions today.

I work from my studio in Poole and out of The Willow Rooms in North West London once a month.

My studio is calm, comfortable, and entirely focused on your wellbeing. Helping people is at the heart of my practice.

Outside of reflexology, I enjoy gardening and walking our two dogs, Stella and Cassie, on the beach; being in nature is grounding for so many of us. I also practise yoga and Pilates for holistic wellbeing.
