Sessions & Fees
Every session is tailored to you, so it's worth knowing exactly what's included before you book.
Your first appointment is an extended 90-minute session, giving us time for a full consultation before your treatment. It's priced the same as a standard session.
Foot, Hand or Facial Reflexology (or a combination) - 60 minutes - £50
Fertility & Maternity Reflexology - 75 minutes - £65
Reflexology for Women's Health - 60 minutes - £50
Reflexology for Stress Relief - 60 minutes - £50
Crystal Reflexology - 60 minutes - £50
Aromatic Reflexology - 90 minutes - £75
Payment
An initial payment is taken at the time of booking. A 50% deposit secures your appointment, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session. I accept bank transfer, debit cards and cash - please call to arrange.
Concessions
I hold a small number of concession spaces for NHS workers, teachers and senior citizens. If you'd like to know more, please get in touch.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I completely understand that plans sometimes change. I just ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will unfortunately result in the loss of your deposit.
Availability
I work from my studio in Poole and offer appointments across the week including some evening slots. For current availability, please get in touch directly and we'll find a time that works for you.
Finding Me
I'm based in Lilliput, Dorset, in a private, calm and comfortable studio at my home. It's a cosy, separate space, parking is available directly outside, and there's a bus stop right on our doorstep. The number 60 bus runs regularly between Poole and Bournemouth, making it straightforward to reach by public transport whether you're coming from the town centre, the Quay, or further along the coast.
Natural Reflexology is conveniently situated for clients travelling from across the area, including Bournemouth, Parkstone, Canford Cliffs, Sandbanks, Branksome, Lilliput, Whitecliff, Broadstone, Wimborne and Ferndown.
